10TH ASIA-PACIFIC WORKSHOPS ON STRUCTURAL HEALTH MONITORING 2024

10TH ASIA-PACIFIC WORKSHOPS
ON STRUCTURAL HEALTH MONITORING 2024
(APWSHM 2024)
The 10th Asia-Pacific Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring 2024 (APWSHM2024) is scheduled to be held from the 8th to the 10th of December 2024 in Sendai, Japan.
The principal focus of this workshop is on civil, maritime, and aircraft structures; however, we welcome submissions and applications from other related fields. The purpose of APWSHM2024 is twofold:
first, it aims to provide a platform for disseminating new principles, technologies, and applications in the field of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM);
second, it fosters discussions related to emerging issues and opportunities. Additionally, it promotes information exchange and cross-disciplinary collaboration within this highly multifaceted field.
The history of successful precedents to this workshop includes Tokyo(2010), Shenzhen(2014), Hobart(2016), Hongkong(2018), and Cairns (2020 & 2022).
Grounded in our Committee's aspiration, unwavering dedication, and seasoned experience in organizing international conferences, we maintain a high level of confidence that APWSHM2024 will stand as a successful platform. It is intended to facilitate networking among scholars and colleagues in the SHM research sector, bridge the gap between academic undertakings and industrial requirements, review the current state of the art, and inspire innovative research collaborations and idea generation.
